Our mission is to provide an enhanced awareness to the community of the sacrifices made daily by all active duty military personnel, Reserve and National Guard components, military retirees, and their families.  The CCOVA is dedicated to ensuring the rights of all veterans and their families within Coweta County; we are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.

STATUS REPORT FOR COWETA COMMISSION ON VETERANS AFFAIRS

The Commission is not planning any Muster activities for 2014. 

Since 2014 is the 150th anniversary year of the Civil War, CCVA is supporting the activities of the Newnan - Coweta Historical Society (Sesquicentennial Committee) and Brown’s Mill Battlefield Association and its events scheduled throughout this calendar year.
